Returns

Note: All items purchased from the archive sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Vivento is pleased to offer free returns for all online orders. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in our physical stores.
If you would like a different size or colour, simply return the item(s) and place a new order.
Return labels must be used within 7 days of receipt and cannot be reissued. Each label is valid for a single use and only for the approved items. Please ensure your return is completed within this timeframe.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in resellable condition.
They should be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

We offer free returns when you use the shipping company that provides the return waybill. If you choose a different shipping service, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Vivento is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit. Please ensure all return packages are securely packed and sent using a trackable, insured service.
All items must be returned in their original packaging. Returns sent in alternative packaging will be automatically rejected.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
You will be notified of your refund status after the returned items have been inspected. Refunds will reflect the price listed on our website at the time of your order.

Items returned without completing the return form and receiving prior authorization will be automatically rejected.
To request a return, please submit the return form on our Returns page or contact our customer service team for assistance. If your return is not authorized, you will be notified by email.

You have 14 days from the delivery date of your item(s) to request a return and ship them back.
